Take a Break from Back Pain

Back pain ranges from a minor inconvenience to a debilitating issue. It frequently decreases productivity. At best, it’s distracting. At worst, it results in days off from work and decreased income.

Many of my clients use a very simple exercise to take a break from back pain. Watch this video to learn how:

This exercise frequently reduces the intensity of back pain within 5 to 10 minutes, and some people may be completely pain free while they are performing this exercise.

However, if you’ve been suffering from severe or persistent back pain, you’ll likely need to do this exercise several times a day to notice improvement. Executing the exercise frequently throughout the day-- every one to two hours-- is more critical than doing it for a longer, sustained period of time.
