Select the amount of email support & the number of sessions (via online video or in-person) necessary to build stronger, healthier knees. Email correspondence is for simple questions or clarification purposes.
3. Attend an Initial Consultation.
This 60 - 75 minute session (via online video or in-person) gathers details about your situation to build your customized plan. Subsequent 50 minute sessions provide detailed activity and exercise recommendations; reassessments; and ongoing education.
